BSDI will be withdrawing
support for its Version 9 software/products at the end of 2007.
We have created this Support Center because we believe that world class
software requires world class customer service and support. Here you will find
all of our support resources gathered in one place. This page should
be your starting point whenever you need help or have questions concerning
how best to use the BSDI suite of programs.
BSDI
is pleased to announce the release of version 10.18 of its Windows
Software. This version is compatible with the Windows Vista operating
system.
Phone Support is available to customers who have purchased a support contract
and for everyone within the first 30 days of purchase. Support is provided between the hours of 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Training
All our products are designed to be easy to use and all Windows products come with a very comprehensive, built-in help system.
However, for those who wish to receive training, BSDI is pleased to offer several different options:
- On Site training, where BSDI will come to your facility.
- WebEx training, where training would be carried out over the Internet.
